Having a ClubSafe Program at your club means you and your staff are prepared, ready to respond and manage a serious medical emergency at the club. Your club will have completed a thorough process that begins with an objective evaluation of your facility and staff preparedness, and ends with an announcement to your members. The result is a club-wide medical emergency response plan that is understood by staff and respected by the membership.
ClubSafe consultants evaluate the club’s layout, activity centers, staffing patterns, communications, medical equipment, AEDs and existing operations to determine areas of need. A plan is then designed based on the club’s specific characteristics, membership and safety needs.
Existing or future emergency plans for fire, building evacuation, severe weather, power outage, catastrophic events, etc., are incorporated into one uniform Emergency Response Plan for the entire club. ClubSafe works closely with club management and staff to design a written plan that is agreed to and understood by all.
Before launching, ClubSafe tests the plan with staff to ensure critical components are in place and working.
The ClubSafe program prepares your club to manage medical emergencies effectively regardless of your clubs size or type. Being prepared before the incident occurs has saved lives.
As a Fitness Director and Certified Athletic Trainer, I understand the importance of having a professional, simple and thorough Emergency Procedure Plan. The safety of our 3,000 adult members and 1,000 child members is of the utmost importance to our business. ClubSafe has taken our initial Emergency Procedure Plan and taken it to a level we could not have done ourselves. Not only has this professionally tailored plan given our staff reassurance on what to do in the event of an emergency on any aspect of our 85 acre property, but also it has given our membership the confidence that in the event of an emergency they are safe and in good hands with our professionally trained staff.

We live, in fact, in a world starved for solitude, silence, and privacy: and therefore starved for meditation and true friendship.
