The ClubSafe Annual Program is in place to ensure your staff and management team are prepared year in and year out. Medical emergencies require timely response and up to date training to be managed effectively. AEDs with dead batteries, staff with expired CPR certifications or new staff unfamiliar with the clubs emergency procedures are a recipe for disaster and significant risk to the organization.
The ClubSafe Annual Program consists of:
AED Program Compliance
First Aid Equipment Readiness
Staff Training and Certification
Review Emergency Plans
Review Incidents
Prepare Management Team
Emergency Plans can quickly become ineffective due to staff turnover, infrequent use, other projects, change in priorities, club expansion, lack of attention, etc. The ClubSafe Annual Program provides the necessary oversight to ensure the club remains in compliance, maintains an effective medical emergency plan each year.

"It made sense for us to handle our safety planning the right way. If we were going to take the responsibility to do it, we wanted to do it properly. I didn't have the time to spend. We were also concerned about the liability for not doing it right the first time."
Patricia Schiestl, GM, Fishers Island Club, Fishers Island, NY
