Wouldn’t it be ideal if each guest arrived with his or her complete medical history on display? Unfortunately, guests enter your resort as a complete medical unknown, either alone, with colleagues, with their families or as part of a corporate conference, business meeting, or even for their wedding.
Large staffs and multiple shifts make emergency response a special challenge. Resort security personnel are often asked to carry out the mission of emergency response even though they may not be trained in this area.
The ClubSafe Resort Program brings professional training and a coordinated system that all staff can follow during the critical first five minutes.
Guest on the golf course, at the beach, playing tennis, in the pool, at the fitness center, on horseback, in high-rise rooms, or at the marina can be assured that there is an overall emergency response system in place, with procedures for each area of the resort.
