Overview

ClubSafe provides all the emergency medical and communications equipment needed by your club to effectively manage an emergency.  Your staff is trained in the proper use and maintenance, all equipment is integrated into your emergency response plan. 

StaffReady Equipment

All emergency equipment provided by ClubSafe is delivered to our clients, set-up and thoroughly checked for proper function before being placed in service.  Our StaffReady equipment is intended for trained staff at your club, installed correctly and always ready for use.

Medical Equipment and Supplies

AED (Automatic External Defibrillator)

Simple to use and easily maintained, AED’s are a life saving intervention for victims of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA).  When integrated into a ClubSafe emergency response plan, using an AED can significantly improve survival rates from SCA.  ClubSafe provides the AED and supplies from leading manufacturers and checks readiness each season.

StaffReady Basic First Aid Kit

The StaffReady Basic First Aid kit is exclusively designed for ClubSafe and our clients.  Basic first aid supplies are organized in an easy to use kit, designed for staff responsible for responding to an emergency at the club.  An outdoor version is available in a weather and shock proof case. 

StaffReady Advanced First Aid Kit

The StaffReady Advanced First Aid Kit has the supplies of the Basic Kit plus additional diagnostic equipment, airway adjuncts and resuscitative equipment for a physician, paramedic or nurse to use.  The Advanced Kit is incorporated into the club’s Emergency Response Plan. 

Tracking Status and Replacement Supplies

ClubSafe maintains records of your club’s AEDs, supplies and status. ClubSafe replaces any used or expired supplies from AEDs or StaffReady First Aid Kits.  During the ClubSafe Annual Review, all medical equipment and supplies are checked and replaced as needed. 

Communications Equipment

ClubSafe installs and maintains 2-way communications equipment designed for both day-to-day use and emergency incidents.  Radio and cellular direct connect systems are available from leading manufacturers.  All communications equipment and operations are integrated into the club’s Emergency Response Plan and staff are trained.

Wireless Callbox Network

Instant communications from any location is critical during a life threatening emergency.  For outdoor or remote locations at the club, a wireless callbox system enables emergency communications on existing radio frequencies. A member or guest simply pushes a button to alert staff and get help.  ClubSafe installs and maintains the wireless system from a leading manufacturer.

Portable Radio System

Staff-to-staff communications ensures a coordinated and organized response to any incident.  ClubSafe will install and maintain a portable radio system that improves interdepartmental communications for normal day-to-day operations and becomes invaluable during an emergency.  Radios are programmed with a common emergency channel that is continuously scanned for alerts from staff or a callbox.
