Planning for Member and Guest Emergencies at Private Clubs Since 1999

ClubSafe, Inc. formed in 1999 under the name GolfSafe, started as a company that assisted golf and country clubs in formalizing a plan on how best to manage medical emergencies on their property.  At that time, most golf and country clubs had taken some steps to handle medical emergencies, including purchasing Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) and training staff, but quickly realized this was not enough.  To have uniform emergency procedures in place would require significant time, knowledge and expertise to be reliable.  GolfSafe, with its extensive background in Emergency Medical Service (EMS) planning, filled this critical gap in preparedness at golf and country club properties, resulting in vastly improved safety programs at each.

In 2008, the company name was changed to ClubSafe to reflect the company’s expanding programs to address the unique needs of city clubs, yacht clubs and resorts.  Based on the same high standards and success of the GolfSafe program that continues to bring golf clubs the highest level of safety planning, ClubSafe is now designing and installing safety programs at clubs throughout the private club industry.

Over the years, ClubSafe has built a reputation of exceeding client expectations and delivering services that are professional, detailed and competent.  ClubSafe continues to design methods to improve emergency preparedness at our client clubs that will create a safer environment for the members, guests and staff.

"It made sense for us to handle our safety planning the right way. If we were going to take the responsibility to do it, we wanted to do it properly. I didn't have the time to spend. We were also concerned about the liability for not doing it right the first time."

Patricia Schiestl, GM, Fishers Island Club, Fishers Island, NY

We live, in fact, in a world starved for solitude, silence, and privacy: and therefore starved for meditation and true friendship.
